adding a payment feature to foursquare

This project was a part of my UXDI curriculum at General Assembly. My role as product manager allowed me to be a part of every stage of the process, focusing especially on wireframing, user research and testing. A focus on user interviews gave us insight into people's relationship with Foursquare and mobile payments as well as understand their priorities, needs and pain points. Through this data we were able to create a solution and improve it via testing and iteration.
